Joining

• You must be at least 13. Your account is for you alone; keep your password to yourself.
• Reading is free and open. Posting, commenting, reporting and reacting need a free account.

Your posts

• You own what you post. You let us store it, show it on the site and make resized copies of your photos. That ends when you delete it, apart from the short-term copies and records the privacy policy describes. We won’t use your posts or photos in advertising for the site without asking you first.
• Only post what you have the right to share: your own photos, your own words. If you think something here uses your work without permission, email hello@primecutclub.com and we’ll look into it.
• You are responsible for what you post. Follow the community rules.

Prices and advice are from members

Prices on Prime Cut Club are reports from members, not offers from any store. They can be wrong, out of date or specific to one day. Cooking advice comes from members too; check safe cooking temperatures yourself. We don’t guarantee any of it.

What you can’t do

• Break the law, harass people, or post someone else’s private details.
• Advertise, spam, or offer to sell anything.
• Pretend to be someone else, or run more than one account to get around a decision.
• Copy the site in bulk with automated tools, overload it, or try to get around its security or limits.

Moderation

We may hold or remove content, limit an account or ban it when the rules are broken, as described in the community rules, and you can appeal. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Keeping it free

Prime Cut Club is free to use. To pay for it, we plan to show ads in future. The privacy policy will be updated before that happens.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to US $100.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and warn members on the site before bigger changes start. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Questions: hello@primecutclub.com.
